- Lobby & Ticketing Excellence: Actively engage with guests in the ticketing lobby. Assist with kiosk check-ins, process complex itineraries, collect bag fees, and ensure all checked luggage is properly weighed, tagged, and compliant with TSA security standards.
- Gate Operations Mastery: Manage the high-stakes environment of the departure gate. You will orchestrate the boarding process, ensure overhead bin space is maximized, clear standby passengers, and coordinate the safe dispatch of the aircraft with the flight deck and ramp crews.
- Dedicated Guest Support: Provide specialized, hands-on assistance for guests requiring wheelchair escorts, unaccompanied minors, and VIP frequent flyers, ensuring their transit through the airport is seamless and dignified.
- Operational Recovery: Serve as a calm, authoritative problem-solver during irregular operations (IROPS) such as severe weather delays. You will expertly rebook flights and issue compensations while maintaining a highly professional demeanor.
